Announcement List
The announcement list can be accessed by clicking the All Announcements button on the dashboard. All announcements in the system are listed on this screen.
Each row displays the following information about an announcement:
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Subject | The title of the announcement. |
Created By | The user who created the announcement. |
Creation Date | The date the announcement was created in the system. |
Start Date | The date when the announcement becomes visible to users. |
End Date | The date when the announcement expires. |
- Each row contains icons that allow the announcement to be edited or deleted, depending on the user's permissions.
- A general search bar and filter buttons are located at the top of the list.
- Column-based filtering is also available for each individual column.
- Users can customize the table layout according to their preferences.
View Permission: Users must have the
Announcements > View
permission to access and view announcements.
